Postage and Packaging use the Australia Post network and suppliers for all deliveries. Once dispatched, tracking updates will be sent to you via the registered email address and mobile number. 

All items are sent with tracking, please leave a comment if you do not wish your item to be left without a signature.

Express & Regular Post

Express Post orders received before 12 noon, are dispatched daily. Regular post orders will be processed within 24 hours.

Due to various restrictions during COVID-19, some delivery timelines have been affected from time to time. If your product is not received within 12 days, please get in touch with us via the Customer Contact form quoting your order number.

We will work with you and Australia Post to track your item if it goes missing, however Billy Boston® are not responsible for the item once dispatched. Shipping delays, missing parcels or damaged items, are not covered by Billy Boston®, however we will liaise with our partners to assist you locate your parcel.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping promotions on regular post orders from time to time. Regular post orders include tracking, however not signature on delivery. To include signature on delivery, please select signature on delivery or Express Shipping.

Free Shipping orders are non-refundable, however we can exchange any products under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. 

Return Shipping

Return shipping for product warranty claims is at the cost of the purchaser. We charge a one-time return shipping and processing fee of $25 for all product warranty claims. Manufacturer Warranty claims are reply paid and your products will be replaced and returned to you at no additional cost.

Damage in transit

We take great care to wrap your products as best we can to protect them in transit. However, we cannot control all logistical touch points if your order is in anyway damaged during the transit, please contact us and we will do what we can to assist you with a return.
